  • Plan and run digital and other campaigns across the channels that fit each audience
  • Set up tracking, catalogues, CRM workflows, dashboards, and automation to support marketing

Who this fits

You’ll suit a creative, accountable marketer who can shift between strategy, analysis, creative work, and hands-on delivery. The role is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners.

From the employer

Do you want to love what you do at work? Do you want to make a difference, an impact, transform people's lives? Do you want to work with a team that believes in disrupting the normal, boring, and average?

If yes, then this is the job you're looking for. UXBERT Labs is one of the leading digital and user experience design agencies in the GCC, working with top regional and international brands such as STC, Amazon, Gucci, and more. As part of the Supertech Group—which also includes Hala Yalla, Saudi's #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform, and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA—we are continuously expanding our innovation footprint.

We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to market tech products to the right stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build the company's marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of working
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, across relevant platforms
  • Research unfamiliar marketing tools, systems, and implementation requirements, then apply what you learn
  • Create campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports, and supporting assets
  • Set up and manage marketing infrastructure such as tracking, product catalogues, campaign structures, CRM workflows, dashboards, and marketing automation
  • Ask the right questions before making decisions or starting execution
  • Clarify the objective, audience, expected outcome, constraints, dependencies, and measurement approach behind each initiative
  • Work with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Identify problems early and recommend practical solutions rather than simply escalating them
  • Test new channels, campaign formats, messages, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and turn findings into clear actions
  • Document successful processes so they can be repeated and scaled
  • Take ownership of tasks from initial problem definition through execution and evaluation
