Your Mission
As Team Leader Communication, you will oversee the daily activity of the Communication team, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous team development. You will coordinate production, support creative decision-making, monitor performance, and contribute to both internal and external communication initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of communication professionals.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Manage team workload and weekly planning according to business priorities.
Guide designers and communication specialists on complex creative projects.
Review and validate creative deliverables before client submission.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and implement improvement actions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for operational communication topics.
Coordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead client briefings and ensure a clear understanding of business needs.
Analyze activity reports and propose action plans to improve performance.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality delivery.
People Management
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Identify development needs and coordinate training plans.
Ensure compliance with HR procedures and company policies.
Foster engagement, collaboration, and a positive team environment.
Corporate Communication
Contribute to VEO's employer branding and corporate visibility.
Coordinate internal communication initiatives.
Produce engaging content for social media and corporate channels.
Organize employee interviews and highlight company life through articles, photos, and videos.
Support the internal ambassador community.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
Proven experience coordinating projects and interacting with stakeholders.
Experience in corporate communication or creative production is highly appreciated.
Technical Skills
Strong project and production management skills.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a strong advantage.
Experience working with KPIs and reporting.
Languages
French: C1 (mandatory)
English: C1 (mandatory)
