Employer Brand Intern

Based in BUD - Office

The Employer Brand Intern supports the Employer Branding team with day-to-day activities and projects that help strengthen Wizz Air’s employer brand and candidate experience.

Under the guidance of the Employer Brand Manager and team members, the intern assists with employer branding, recruitment marketing, content, events, university relations and related administrative tasks, while gaining practical experience in an international business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Employer Branding team with the delivery of ongoing projects, campaigns and day-to-day activities.

  • Assist with preparing and updating content and materials for employer branding and recruitment marketing channels.

  • Support the organisation of employer branding events, university activities, career fairs and employee initiatives.

  • Assist with social media, career site, employee story, photo and video-related activities when required.

  • Help maintain employer branding materials, presentations, trackers, shared folders and other internal resources.

  • Support basic research and benchmarking related to employer branding, communication and talent attraction trends.

  • Assist with collecting information and preparing simple reports, presentations and project updates.

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners and university contacts under the guidance of the Employer Branding team.

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support across Employer Branding activities.

  • Support the consistent use of approved employer brand messaging and visual guidelines

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

  • Willingness to learn and develop through practical experience.

  • Clear and respectful communication.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive, proactive and cooperative attitude.

  • Creativity and openness to contributing ideas.

  • Ability to follow guidance, ask questions and work as part of a team.

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
