From the employer
About Adapt
Adapt is the company agent platform that makes every company instantly AI native. We believe every company will have a central company agent. A powerful, universal AI harness that works across the systems, tools, data, and people that make up the business. One place to ask, build, analyze, automate, and act across the company’s internal operations.
Today, people connect the dots between disconnected tools. We’re building the infrastructure that lets the company agent do that work through persistent memory, secure compute, deep integrations, reusable skills, and enterprise controls.
Adapt was founded by Jim Benton, Sean Smith, and John Andrew Entwistle, repeat founders and operators who have built and scaled successful technology companies. Jim co-founded ClearSlide, led Apollo.io, and ran Chorus.ai through its $575 million sale to ZoomInfo. Sean founded GlareDB and helped build Coder’s early infrastructure. John Andrew co-founded Coder and founded Wander, the leading luxury travel marketplace.
We’ve raised $13 million from Headline, Activant, Susa Ventures, and accomplished operators and angels. Adapt offers the ownership and influence of joining at the earliest stage, backed by the experience, ambition, and capital to build an enduring company. You’ll work directly with the founders and help make foundational decisions about the product, culture, and company future employees will inherit.
