From the employer
The Opportunity:
Defense missions increasingly hinge on software, data, AI, and cyber. Booz Allen’s defense tech business builds and deploys products at that intersection—at enterprise scale and with real‑world impact. In this role, you’ll turn Booz Allen’s deep technical capability and growing product portfolio into a clear, compelling category narrative and integrated brand campaigns that shape market perception and create demand.
We’re looking for a senior brand marketer who knows how to define a category and, architect a modern enterprise brand. You will strengthen awareness and credibility for Booz Allen’s defense tech capabilities while building market momentum for products serving government, commercial, and technology audiences. If you’ve helped a high‑growth tech company build credibility, momentum, and market influence, you’ll thrive here.
This is a senior‑level role with true ownership. You’ll set strategy, pressure‑test it with executives, and roll up your sleeves to execute—moving fluidly between narrative creation, campaign leadership, and hands‑on delivery to create meaningful market impact. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Do:
Drive top‑ and mid‑funnel impact. Lead brand‑forward marketing strategies that elevate Booz Allen’s defense tech awareness, strengthen market perception, and generate sustained demand among government, commercial, and technology audiences.
Build awareness that converts. Develop and launch integrated campaign programs that grow company brand and product visibility, credibility, and category understanding — moving prospects from initial awareness into meaningful mid‑funnel engagement and evaluation.
Shape perception with compelling narratives. Translate complex technical capabilities into differentiated message frameworks, brand narratives, and creative concepts designed to shift how buyers perceive our brand and growing product portfolio.
Accelerate demand through integrated campaigns. Orchestrate multi‑channel programs — digital, thought leadership, paid media, social, events — designed for high‑value top‑funnel reach and mid‑funnel nurturing.
Lead partner co‑marketing. Collaborate with priority commercial and technology partners to build joint narratives, launch co‑branded activities, and create shared demand plays that amplify reach and deepen credibility across the ecosystem.
Collaborate across enterprise and business units. Partner closely with enterprise marketing leaders, business‑unit marketers, product owners, solution leaders, and sales stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and shared prioritization.
Influence senior stakeholders. Engage executives across business units and the enterprise to pressure‑test narratives, secure direction, accelerate decisions, and maintain momentum within a complex matrixed environment.
Measure and optimize brand + funnel performance. Manage KPIs for awareness, perception, engagement quality, and mid‑funnel progression; analyze performance and refine programs to maximize impact.
Join us. The world can't wait.
