What you'll do

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist department with sourcing of packaging materials, branded physical touchpoints, ensuring end-to-end communication with vendors and internal stakeholders (coordination of quotations, sampling, consolidation/submission of orders, delivery)
- Coordination of seasonal sample orders from global PR & Marketing teams, working closely with the manufacturing team on fulfilment
- Handle general admin duties for the wider division, inclusive of monthly budget consolidations, claim submissions, POs, invoice processing, etc
- Managing department sample inventory and supporting the warehouse/logistics teams to ensure destination-specific regulatory and customs compliance for product deliveries
- Facilitate relevant shipments and liaise with local and global courier services
- Assist in undertaking ad-hoc assignments as & when required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup functions would be advantageous)
- Ability to coordinate between various departments and manage timelines
- Great attention to detail, careful and precise
- Possess good communication skills and a team player
