■ Ensure quotes are clear, complete, commercially sound and aligned with customer requirements and

■ Identify simple add-on, renewal and cross-sell opportunities from customer requests, quote activity,

vendor promotions and buying history, and coordinate follow-up with the relevant Client Manager.

■ Liaise with subject matter experts to support complex quotes and approved orders.

disciplined way, keeping the relevant Client Manager informed of progress, blockers and required

actions.

■ Maintain a practical understanding of vendor programs, promotions, ordering requirements and

product information.

with the Client Manager and Chief Revenue Officer.

■ Escalate pricing, supply, commercial or customer issues to the relevant Client Manager or Chief

Revenue Officer where required.

■ Respond to customer enquiries professionally, promptly and with clear next steps.

■ Support tender and RFP responses by gathering product, pricing, vendor and solution information as

requested.

■ Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, activity and customer information in the CRM.

■ Use Generation-e’s business systems accurately and consistently, including HubSpot, Microsoft 365,

Microsoft Teams, D-Tools, vendor portals and distributor portals.

Skills, Capabilities and Working Style
