- define and lead the cross‑organisational communications strategy for the internal communications team and hold ultimate responsibility for organisation‑wide programmes and the delivery of strategic communications objectives.
- translate the Deloitte Netherlands strategy into integrated communication roadmaps and editorial calendars, ensuring coherence and execution across teams, content and channels.
- together with the team, you define and implement the content and channel strategy (intranet, app, e‑mail, digital screens), including governance, UX improvements and dashboards for continuous optimisation.
- advise and coach senior leaders (including the executive board) and programme sponsors on executive‑level messaging, stakeholder strategy and reputational risks, and are responsible for positioning and alignment with the four business units and NSE/Global.

- manage communications budgets, monitor team KPIs and metrics, report to senior stakeholders (including the executive board), and lead and develop a team of up to 8 people: recruitment, performance management and talent development.

As Internal Communications Manager in the Executive Office, you lead communications strategies for complex programmes and themes, and together with your team are ultimately responsible for delivering measurable communications objectives.
