Your role and your tasks:
As a Junior Project Manager- Video Content Production (m/f/x), you plan, coordinate, and oversee Content Creation projects across 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC videos.
Project Coordination: Plan, monitor, and steer projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central contact between clients (Samsung, Logitech, Philips, Bose, and more), influencers, and our production team, ensuring requirements and expectations are met.
Influencer Collaboration: Manage influencer partnerships for UGC videos and work closely with our internal team on 3D/AR and photo clip projects.
Sourcing: Identify and onboard new influencers and agencies that fit our project needs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet agreed standards and clients are satisfied.
Reporting: Provide management with regular updates on progress and challenges.

You've gained first experience - through an internship, a working student role, or your studies - in a creative agency and/or customer-facing project management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
You bring strong project management skills, staying organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively even as requirements shift.
You bring solid knowledge of 3D modeling and video production processes.
You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and adapt easily between informal and formal tone.
You proactively tackle obstacles and find solutions, whether independently or with the team.
You are fluent in German and English; any additional language is an advantage.
