Your role at Finoverse

  • Agenda Development: Lead the planning and development of conference agendas, ensuring they align with industry trends and audience interests in areas such as FinTech, Web3, and AI.

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing high-level marketing strategies, setting KPIs, and aligning marketing efforts with corporate financial goals.

  • Brand Management & Reputation: Acting as the guardian of the brand by managing its image, positioning, and consistency across all channels.

  • Revenue & Growth Generation:: Driving sales and customer acquisition through effective marketing campaigns and data-driven insights.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.

  • Team Leadership & Operations: Managing, structuring, and training marketing teams, as well as overseeing budget allocation for campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and executive teams to ensure a unified approach to customer experience and business growth.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define event agendas that meet the strategic goals of the conference and deliver value to participants.

  • Innovative Topic Creation: Develop innovative and compelling speaking topics that capture current and emerging trends in the industry.

  • Speaker Identification and Liaison: Research, identify, and engage potential speakers who align with the event’s theme. Manage communications and relationships with speakers to ensure their successful participation.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with speakers, VIPs, and key stakeholders to foster long-term engagement and ensure successful future collaborations.

  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events to build rapport with potential speakers and stakeholders, enhancing networking and partnership opportunities.

  • Project Management: Utilize excellent project management skills to oversee content production timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with other teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Team Support: Provide support to other teams as needed, ensuring cohesive and unified event execution.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in developing conference agendas at large-scale events is highly desirable.

  • Must have experience in inviting speakers and developing event agendas.

  • Deep understanding of and experience in financial markets, FinTech, Web3, and AI industries.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising with speakers, VIPs, and stakeholders.

  • Strong networking abilities with a track record of building and maintaining relationships in the industry.

  • Flexibility to support other teams and adapt to diverse tasks as needed by management.

  • Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people and building industry networks.

  • Previous experience working in startups or small teams.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in business writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
