We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our growing international team and help us attract top talent by strengthening our employer brand and optimizing our recruitment marketing strategies.

The Opportunity

As our Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting GTE as an employer of choice by creating compelling recruitment campaigns, optimizing job advertisements, and driving candidate engagement across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to attract high-quality talent while continuously improving our employer branding efforts.

A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at GTE
