Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Own European grocery go-to-market work, including positioning, value propositions, differentiation, and battlecards
  • Interview grocery customers, 3PLs, and integrators, then create market maps, profiles, and vertical playbooks
  • Design HaiPick warehouse solutions and use AutoCAD for layouts, simulations, presentations, RFPs, and PoCs
  • Bring grocery customer insight to the HQ roadmap and lead or support related product launches
  • Connect EMEA and HQ teams while coordinating delivery, technical, sales, and marketing resources

What you bring

  • At least three years in grocery automation, preferably with a retailer or 3PL
  • Working knowledge of ambient, chilled, click-and-collect, dark-store, micro-fulfilment, and fresh-food operations
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, automation, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong ability in data analysis, ROI modelling, and business-case development

Who this fits

This full-time role suits someone focused on grocery automation, solution design, product strategy, and cross-border teamwork. You will work between EMEA field teams and headquarters, with customer meetings, training, demos, webinars, and trade shows included. The listing places the role in the Netherlands but does not give a city or working arrangement; German, French, Dutch, or Spanish would be an advantage.
