Job Description:

The Global Marketing Automation Senior Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, measuring, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth on a global scale.

This role serves as the bridge between marketing strategy, customer data, audience insights, and marketing automation execution. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with strong analytical skills who can transform customer and campaign data into actionable marketing strategies and measurable business results.

Working closely with global marketing teams, stakeholders, agency partners, and technology providers, this individual will support audience development, customer journey optimization, campaign execution, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy, Audience Development & Campaign Planning

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop audience strategies, customer journeys, campaign objectives, and success metrics.
  • Translate business goals into data-driven marketing programs that improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, campaign measurement, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign requirements, audience criteria, personalization strategies, and channel recommendations.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve campaign performance, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to marketing automation, marketing analytics, customer engagement, and demand generation.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations that improve marketing performance and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct segmentation, audience analysis, and performance measurement to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Evaluate campaign results and make recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, timing, and customer journeys.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders.

Marketing Automation Execution

  • Execute marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including audience creation, segmentation, journey development, personalization, testing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage automated customer journeys and nurture programs.
  • Ensure campaign quality through rigorous testing, validation, and performance monitoring.
  • Support the execution of highly personalized campaigns across email and other marketing channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

Data Management & Marketing Technology Support

  • Support the management and integrity of customer and campaign data used for marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure effective use of customer data for marketing purposes.
  • Help maintain audience frameworks, segmentation strategies, campaign templates, and automation workflows.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in marketing automation platforms, reporting capabilities, and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, communication preferences, and marketing governance standards.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to marketing teams regarding data-driven marketing and campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, CRM Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar technologies.
  • Strong experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience developing customer segmentation strategies and audience targeting approaches.
  • Knowledge of campaign measurement, customer journey optimization, lead nurturing, and marketing performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer analytics, marketing attribution, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with SQL for marketing analysis and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs) and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies.
  • Exposure to Databricks, Python, APIs, or marketing technology integrations.
  • Master's Degree.
