Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Track customer acquisition funnels and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Support lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency environments is an advantage.
