The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partner restaurants, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Ninja platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Acquisition and Operations, to facilitate partner onboarding and transition.

Requirements
