What you’ll do
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Picnic Middle East team. This role is a key part of our growth strategy, focused on top-of-funnel lead generation and qualifying opportunities for the Picnic Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with prospects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Top of funnel Generation to identify quality sales opportunities.
- Manage quality data entry into Salesforce, ensure accurate and up to date information on potential leads and notes on qualifications based on criteria and requirements.
- Well versed and knowledgeable on Picnic’s value proposition and offerings, articulately explain and answer questions to sales leads.
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hand over to Business Development Manager.
- Complete a high volume of daily calls, emails, website form fills, social media messaging.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role — fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Must be a UAE National.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building a career in sales — high-performing SDRs have the opportunity to progress to Account Executive or SDR Lead roles.
