LAUNCH DAY IS WHERE THE REAL WORK STARTS
A campaign doesn't stop needing you once it goes live. That's when it gets interesting.
We're looking for a bilingual marketer who can:
π launch a campaign and watch what the numbers are really saying,
π§ fix what isn't working while there's still budget to save,
π§ͺ test, learn, and scale what is working.
You'll work across paid ads, email/SMS, copy, and creative, and the mix will change from client to client. What won't change: you own what you run. We don't need someone who launches and waits for the next reporting meeting to find out what happened.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
π― Paid ads: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, adjusting budget, targeting, and creative based on real results.
π¨ Creative: Work with writers and designers on ads, then track which versions actually perform.
π§ Email & SMS: Build and send campaigns and flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing subject lines, messaging, and timing.
π Bilingual campaigns: Make sure messaging feels natural to both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences, not just translated.
π Reporting: Turn the numbers into clear next steps: keep, change, test, or stop.
π€ Collaboration: Keep content, design, and project managers in the loop so campaigns keep moving.
π€ You'll use ChatGPT or similar tools to move faster. Your judgment decides what reaches customers.
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2β5 years of hands-on digital marketing, running campaigns from planning to optimization and reporting
- Direct, hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a
- strong plus)
- Experience building email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Flawless written and spoken English for client-facing work
- Fluent Spanish, confident enough to write and review customer-facing campaigns
- Basic Photoshop and Premiere skills for quick edits and asset prep
- The ability to read campaign data and make practical decisions from it

NON-NEGOTIABLES
πΆ Internet and power that won't cut out mid-launch, with a backup for both
β° You show up when you say you will. Every time, not most of the time
π£ If something is underperforming, you say so early instead of hoping it fixes itself
π€ You follow through without anyone needing to remind you
