Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans across TikTok, Instagram, and relevant platforms to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Identify emerging trends, audience insights, and content opportunities to strengthen reach and content performance.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, translating performance data into actionable recommendations and optimization strategies.
- Manage daily community engagement across comments, direct messages, and audience interactions while maintaining the brand voice.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and engaging brand communication.
- Test new content formats, creative angles, and approaches to continuously improve audience growth and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Content, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms, including their content formats and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate social media trends and audience insights into relevant, engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
