Responsibilities
- Design digital ad creative for social media and paid advertising campaigns
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, playbooks, and testimonial-style documents
- Build slide decks for both internal team use and client-facing presentations
- Support print materials, ensuring files are production-ready (bleed, resolution, color mode)
- Design ad creative to support external client requests
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines (color, typography, layout) consistently across all deliverables
- Manage multiple design requests at once, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs
- Bring creative ideas and design recommendations to the table, rather than waiting for direction on every detail
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and ad creative
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout
- Basic knowledge of print production standards (e.g., bleed, CMYK)
- Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing shifting priorities
- Based in LATAM
