The Role and What You'll Do:

WME Group is seeking a talent partnership executive at the Director level to join the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory (EM&A) team. This individual will lead the development and execution of talent partnerships for global consumer brands, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while overseeing complex talent deals and programs from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with deep expertise in partnership strategy and dealmaking across entertainers, athletes and creators. They bring strong account leadership and client communication skills, an established network across the entertainment ecosystem, and the ability to identify strong cultural and partner opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive talent partnerships that align with brand objectives, cultural trends, and broader marketing initiatives.

  • Identify, evaluate, secure, and execute celebrity, creator, athlete, musician, and entertainment partnerships for brands, across their paid, earned, owned and experiential channels. Oversee the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity identification and talent sourcing through post-campaign measurement.

  • Provide strategic counsel on talent selection, cultural relevance, risk assessment, usage rights, and partnership optimization.

  • Lead complex talent negotiations in partnership with Business Affairs and legal teams, balancing budget considerations and production/service requirements. Fundamental understanding of SAG agreements and implications is a must.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent representatives, agencies, managers, publicists, production companies, studios, networks, streamers, and other key industry partners.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, internal teams and third party stakeholders (IATs) across production, strategy, creative, experiential, communications, media and legal.

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships, maintaining account organization and regular communications with the brand.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets and forecasting, across multiple client engagements.

  • Develop executive-level presentations, strategic POVs, talent recommendations, and client-facing proposals that drive strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities, generating upstream insights, and supporting new business pitches.

  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering professional development while strengthening overall team capabilities and execution.

  • Collaborate across WME to leverage internal expertise/relationships, unlock new opportunities and develop best-in-class entertainment and talent partnership solutions.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, Entertainment, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, talent partnerships, and/or influencer marketing.

  • Extensive experience developing and executing celebrity, creator, athlete, and entertainment partnership strategies for leading brands.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-priority client engagements simultaneously while delivering exceptional client service.

  • Strong creative, strategic, and business acumen with experience developing compelling creative briefs, pitch decks, and content proposals

  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship management skills, including engagement with executive stakeholders

  • Experience managing direct reports, account financials and revenue planning.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
