As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving profitable digital growth in the Korea market by leading Paid Media content and communication strategies.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan advertising content and copy based on commercial priorities and customer insights, while optimizing digital campaign performance through effective content selection, landing page experiences, and customer communications.
In addition, you will analyze campaign performance, market trends, customer search behaviour, and organic traffic to continuously improve content strategies and marketing effectiveness. Working closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help deliver a consistent brand experience and drive commercial performance across digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Paid Media Content & Campaign Planning
- Lead weekly Paid Media content planning aligned with commercial priorities, campaign objectives, and seasonal business plans.
- Develop localized advertising copy, messaging, and content strategies for Paid Media campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate campaign content, digital assets, and landing page experiences based on commercial priorities, product availability, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Plan and execute localized content across digital customer touchpoints, including E-commerce Magazine, Kakao Feed, Omni Copy, SEO content, and campaign assets.
- Lead content planning and execution for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital customer touchpoints.
Performance & Content Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance, landing page performance, and customer behaviour to identify optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements based on data and business insights.
- Translate campaign performance and customer insights into actionable content recommendations.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and support continuous performance optimization.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and digital marketing trend research.
- Analyze customer search behaviour, search query trends, and Organic Search performance.
- Monitor Organic Traffic trends and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition.
- Generate data-driven insights to support content planning and marketing strategies.
Traffic Growth Support
- Support SIS Traffic Acquisition planning and performance management.
- Support Affiliate Marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and channel performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic acquisition across digital channels.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Merchandising, E-commerce, Regional teams, and media agencies to align campaign execution with commercial priorities.
- Coordinate campaign implementation and support timely campaign launches across digital channels.
- Support campaign reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of digital marketing processes.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce
- Strong understanding of digital media performance and key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Strong experience in content planning, copywriting and creative briefing
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into content and creative strategies
- Experience managing Affiliate Marketing or Traffic Acquisition channels
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Meta Ads Manager or other digital marketing platforms
- Structured, proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Interest in fashion, retail and customer experience
- Business English proficiency
