What you'll do
- Build school and community prospect lists, then turn those contacts into enrolments
- Meet school leaders and management teams to create business opportunities
- Organize regional promotions, school seminars, and distribution of marketing materials
- Engage students, parents, and teachers while selling educational products through retail outlets
- Track progress, share daily updates, and work toward monthly sales targets
What you bring
- OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Two to five years of experience in a comparable sales or marketing position
- Strong English, communication, presentation, and critical-thinking abilities
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends, including under pressure with limited supervision
Who this fits
This role suits someone comfortable with field marketing, direct selling, and regular interaction with schools, families, teachers, and retail businesses. You will work onsite in Lagos and need to manage your activities independently. Digital and social media marketing experience is an added advantage.

Generate database from Schools and other sources.
Meets the Principals, Heads of Schools and management Personnels of schools for Business generation.
To Plan various marketing activities within assigned region.
Conducting Seminars in schools, Residential Apartments, Estates etc
Coordinate the distribution of flyers and other marketing materials to residential apartments,Estates, high rises, offices etc.
Converting data into enrolment.
Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
Liason with teachers to add business.
Provide the regular update and feedback; daily reporting
Selling of educational products to bookshops, schools, supermarkets, stores etc.
Ensure monthly targets are met.
OND/HND/Bsc in Bus.Admin, Marketing or related fields
2 - 5years working experience in similar role
Good command of English Language
Good communication, presentation and critical thinking skills
Willing to go the extra mile, work late hours and weekends.
Can work under pressure with little or no supervision
Digital and Social media marketing skills will be an added advantage.
