Your potential area of work
Your responsibilities will depend on the workflow you join:
- AI & Content Operations: Review posts, comments and trending content, identify policy violations and help collect high-quality data used to improve AI and machine learning systems.
- Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports and interactions in virtual environments, helping maintain a safe and positive experience for users.
- Business & Brand Protection: Review advertisements and promotional content to ensure they follow platform policies and protect intellectual property.
- Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses through chat and email with questions around accounts, payments, access and other platform-related issues. No cold calling involved.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Danish: Native or C1 level
- English: B2-C1 level, as training and internal materials are in English
- Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes, slang and current digital trends
- Good typing skills: 30+ WPM with at least 85% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working with rotating shifts and different types of online content
- Professional and emotionally resilient when handling potentially sensitive material
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, gaming or similar environments is an advantage, particularly for some workflows
