In this role, you’ll be working behind the scenes with the world’s most famous video-sharing and streaming platform. You’ll be the superhero who helps digital creators, video partners, and channel owners build their channels, solve tech hiccups, and get monetized—all while enjoying after-work iced coffees on the Greek coast!
Your Daily Highlights (100% Non-Voice!):
- Help Content Creators Shine: Support online video creators via Email and Live Chat with account settings, feature rollouts, and technical questions.
- Crack the Code: Solve inquiries about monetization, channel performance (views & subscribers!), account recovery, and content appeals.
- Master the Flow: Handle 20–25 creator requests per day, leveling up from email to handling 2 chats at a time as you gain confidence.

Requirements
