Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enlarge the sales pipeline based on new clients, new market and new product.

2. Maintain existing clients with smooth communication and efficient supporting.

3. Achieve the annual targets for the team and for himself/herself.

4. Develop sales / marketing strategies and execute the plans.

5. Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.

6. Networking with peers in order to generate new business for the company.

7. Weekly / monthly reporting on sales and key account performance against budget and reporting on variances.

8. Associate with group / local marketing team by participating exhibitions, seminars, forums, workshops, etc.,

9. Assist with preparation of technical and commercial proposals during tendering stage.

10. Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints with professional manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years related working experience in TIC industry for footwear & softline.

3. Knowledge of the international quality and safety standards for the testing of footwear & softline.

4. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.

5. Experience in customer relationship management.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

7. Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.

8. Adaption of frequent short-term travel national wide.
