Your Day-to-Day
- Monitor and report social media conversations, mentions, and brand sentiment.
- Manage customer inquiries, comments, and community interactions across social media.
- Coordinate social media content distribution according to the content calendar.
- Identify customer concerns, brand risks, and relevant audience insights for escalation.
- Collaborate with relevant PICs to resolve issues and maintain positive brand perception.
- Prepare regular social media monitoring and insight reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media community behavior.
- Experience in social media management, community engagement, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized in handling multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
