Who this fits

This role suits someone who enjoys direct customer contact, technical products, organized order handling, and close teamwork with sales and operations. You should be ready to learn unfamiliar products and processes and communicate confidently in English. The position is based in Braunschweig, Germany, within a central internal sales team.

From the employer

We are a dynamic corporate group specializing in wholesale and foreign trade within the rubber industry. Our holding company, Quaddro AG, unites several specialized firms that form a strong network—complemented by sister companies in Asia and global partnerships. Our German headquarters is located in Braunschweig, from where we manage our operations in sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and central services.

Our group includes brands such as Ambelt®, Forech Europe, W&K®, and Vasco Global®. Together, we work on refining processes, adopting a more international mindset, and positioning our group for future success. Help shape the future of our sales operations.

We are looking for someone to join our central sales team and handle administrative tasks within our internal sales department.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Working closely with the field sales team, you will ensure that inquiries are transformed into suitable solutions and quotations into successful orders. You will gain a detailed understanding of our products, customers, and processes, and your reliable, service-oriented approach will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of our central team, you will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure a smooth flow of information and reliable order processing. You can expect a varied role with direct customer interaction and short decision-making paths.

  • Strong customer and service orientation, with a passion for finding tailored solutions for customers
  • Interest in technical products and willingness to learn about their applications and characteristics
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and, ideally, some exposure to ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., Sage)
  • High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new topics
  • Good written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage but not a requirement
  • Comprehensive onboarding provided by experienced team members
  • A permanent position with a four-month probationary period
